Program Director Position

We are seeking a Program Director who will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of all program components – participants, horses and facilities according to PATH standards. This is a full-time position located in Lake Stevens, WA.

Mental Health Therapist
 

Are you looking for a new way to reach clients? Tired of the limits of your office space to do the work necessary for clients to move to the next level of growth? Then this opportunity is perfect for you! Offering a much different experience than traditional talk therapy, Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP), takes people outdoors and interacting with horses. 

This is a unique opportunity for a Licensed Mental Health provider to amplify their work by partnering with horses and an Equine Specialist that will support the therapist in maintaining safety in the session and identify horse behavior that can assist in the work with the client.

We are currently seeking volunteers to provide a safe learning environment for our participants in our unmounted horsemanship programs. Experience with horses is required and all Class Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

Certified Equine Specialist
in Mental Health and Learning 
Part-Time / Exempt

We are seeking another part-time ES for our programs!  

We offer both
Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) at 2 separate locations near Marysville. If you are newly or nearly certified and looking for a mentorship program, we would love to talk with you!

Our program has room for growth and we are excited to add another staff member to our team.

The website is a valuable tool to increase community engagement, expanding reach, and increasing knowledge related to equine assisted learning and therapy.
