After lifting regularly for about a year and a half I fell in love with it and began bodybuilding. It has given me great pleasure to be a part of it, I am excited about the future! One year body transformation
The holy grail of body transformation is to be able to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. I'm no expert in this world of science, but my own research has proven me wrong – I have gained and lost weight with and without exercise. While it's true that you can lose fat through exercise, you have to understand that most of the fat you lose is muscle, it doesn't mean you can lose muscle.
