Kathy bought Snazee as an 18 month old, sight-unseen from Texas. Her first trailer experience was being hauled from Texas to Marysville! She is an Appendix Quarterhorse. Kathy trained her (with the help of many others) and became her barrel horse when Tres retired. She stopped racing when COVID came around and has now been focused on working with Courageous Connections participants. She is thoughtful and kind in all her interactions with the people. She also has quite an independent attitude that can sometimes try Kathy’s patience but she is truly a blessing to those she picks to work with, and she really does ‘pick’!
